The Brief:
Install financial and operational systems for a rapidly scaling start-up. Develop and manage a full mix B2B marketing and lead generation strategy. Lead generation and front line sales.
Activities:
Prepare long term financial, operating and resource forecasts and report against them
Install cloud-based project management tools integrated with CRM and Finance cloud software
Build full mix B2B marketing and segmentation strategy including events, website, SEO, brochures and factsheets; ran social media and PPC advertising campaigns
Lead generation, proposal writing and front line sales
Recruit a fulltime marketing replacement and hand over
Results:
The DPO Centre continues to scale rapidly, employing numerous full time outsourced Data Protection Officers and working with major international clients in numerous industry sectors. I remain a NED for the business.
