The Brief:
Reorganise and manage the full-service in-house marketing department of a leading equipment manufacturer and distributor of 200 brands to the film, TV, theatre and live entertainments industries.
Activities:
Re-organise and recruit team
Establish service levels in-house, with other group companies and with partner brands from board level downwards.
Increase focus on digital marketing, build major new website, create content generation plans, run social media and email marketing campaigns, measure and and improve their performance
Launch new brands and products to the UK
Build employee progression to ensure smooth handover at the end of the interim assignment clearly defining roles and responsibilities
Results:
Moved company focus from traditional to digital marketing. Greatly increased engagement with customers, supplier brands and inhouse. Dramatically improved content quality and output whilst reducing overall marketing overhead costs.
